MiniGenius AI Terms of Service
These terms govern use of MiniGenius AI by the parent or guardian and guided child access to Momo. They are operational MVP and beta terms: they should be legally reviewed before broad public launch.
What MiniGenius AI is
MiniGenius AI is an educational voice service for children, managed through a parent account. Momo answers with simple language, age-aware content, and safety controls, but does not replace adult supervision.
Parent account and child profiles
The parent creates the account, gives consent, configures child profiles, and remains responsible for use of the service. Child profiles do not have their own passwords and should not include identifying real-world data such as full name, address, school, or photos.
Subscriptions, trial, and payments
Free, Premium, and Family plans have different daily minute and child profile limits. Payments, invoices, free trials, cancellations, and payment methods are handled by Stripe. If payment fails, access may return to Free or be limited until the issue is resolved.
Service limits
MiniGenius AI may apply limits on time, messages, profiles, active sessions, and safety. Some features may change during beta and MVP for technical, cost, reliability, or child protection reasons.
Responsible use
MiniGenius AI is intended for curiosity, educational play, and light conversation. It must not be used for emergencies, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, or as a replacement for parents, teachers, or professionals. If a child shows distress, fear, or concerning signals, the parent should intervene directly.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms when the product changes, when features are added, or when technical, legal, or commercial adjustments are needed. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means.
